Solar Pir Security Light With Motion Sensor Is This Possible To Make A 12Volt PIR & FloodLight From A 240V One?

Is this possible to make a 12Volt PIR & FloodLight from a 240V one? - solar pir security light with motion sensor

I've been running a solar car / battery mounting system and want a security PIR Light with 12 volts. Is it possible to buy to buy a 240 Pir Security Light (cheap enough), and the change with a 12V source work?

I'm getting 12V halogen lamps 50Watt no problem, I do not find his PIR sensor. Does anyone know where I a get, or if it is possible to change the PIR circuit, a network can accept 12V instead of 240V?

Salud!

Absolutely not. To use the element that illuminates a certain amount of electrical resistance (ohms) compared to the tension. The resistance of a 12v is not suitable for burning 240 and immediately when used.

NO! 12V lamps are no differnent and will enjoy the light bulb is sufficient. Your 12v only with a 240 V bulb for light. Another thing that will not work in the 12V DC 240V AC, a different reason. 12V bulb blow.
