Cooking ground beef in microwave? - cooking beef olives
Title says it all, someone can give me the instructions to cook the meat in the microwave. I am in school and have no access to anything. I plates bowls, etc., but not limited to devices.

Get a bowl in the microwave, chop the meat into the bowl and add the seasoning. Microwave in intervals of 2 minutes, stirring continuously with an interval between each fork, until browned all the meat is pink and no stains. To avoid contamination, wash the feeling between each fork.
You can drain the fat from meat after the fact.
Depends on how you're cooking!
If you have a recipe for Burger Flip, I would cook for two minutes at a time to break down and stirring with a spoon just until all pink is gone.
I recommend not trying to make the hamburger in the microwave. They crack very quickly.
